Atlantida. Center of the city

This image, very much, reminds me of an image that was the picture on the cover of a book that was all illustrations of an artists work; the waterfalls, the rocks/boulders that are surrounded by the waterfalls, the temple, the trees below & within the waterfalls are all quite similar. The only difference that I can recall is that the original image was at night & there were stars & a couple of galaxies across the sky all above the temple.

Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the artist, the name of the book or the year that it was published and, when I had this book, this was back in the 1990's...

So, I have taken it upon myself to search for fantasy pictures online and this is the first picture that matches anything that I remember from?.
