I don't know anything about Ragnarok Online, so I had to look "Einbroch" up. This was the result:
Einbroch is home to the Gunslinger class and is in the process of an industrial revolution. The huge amount of technology and production creates a lot of smog around the city and leaves the resulting fields around it as far as Juno polluted and sparsely inhabited.
When we consider what Gunslingers are - flashy warriors who want to adventure - your sky proves to be perfect, as does the large amount of open space. You convey a sense of frontier coeval with the pollution defining the city. The city has a strange power in your depiction. It has the strength of industry to such a degree that exceptional industry is required to get in. One must fly that much higher. The smallness of the people on the ground, of course, is necessitated.
You've done an excellent job giving fans and newcomers to this world something thoughtful to work with. It goes without saying your depiction is very technically sound. But the best part of it might be all the smog at the borders. This is just a brief glance, subject to disappearing.
